These covers/sleeves are applied by Narviflex to carrier rollers and are made of white, food-safe polyurethane and provide good grip and protection for your product.
Volta sleeves are made from tubular extrusions in standard thicknesses of 2-3 mm (the table below shows the sizes defined by the inside and outside diameters ID and OD) and are cut to length for roller coating in situations where a product requires cushioning as it moves along a roller track or conveyor.
The sleeves are extruded from a food-grade (FDA/EU), smooth, durable 85A Shore white TPU material.
Some sizes are available with a ribbed exterior.
Once cut to length, they can be mounted on the roll by Narviflex in its workshops.
