Hot vulcanized rubber cleats

Rubber conveyor belts are used, especially in potato reception, often with cleats. In the past, these rubber conveyor belts were made with cold-glued cleats. This came loose.

Narviflex has a whole package of rubber cleats, which are vulcanized hot on the belt. That's fixed!

We also make special versions, such as with notches to be able to walk in a trough or wrapped with fabric, to be able to walk back smoothly in installations that use a plate at the bottom to let the belt walk back upside down. In this way the belt is supported in the return section, where the dirt is simultaneously taken down.
